Returns

Within 14 days of the purchase date, replacement of goods which are unwanted or ordered in error will be at the discretion of Tiger. If accepted, this will require return of the original items at your cost, sealed and in perfect condition before a refund can be issued. The order must be at least NOK 300 in total. Due to the regulations for sell/purchase, the customer have to cover the freight of the return.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid postal-address and to be able to pick up orders delivered at a post office. If an order is returned due to not meeting these responsibilities, the order is canceled and the goods are kept as mortgage.


In the event of any items supplied by us being damaged or defective, please contact us immediately quoting your order number. The order should be returned for inspection and we will either replace it or refund the purchase price and any postage charges, depending on stock availability and/or individual preference. These matters has our highest priority.
